Patrick M. Mooney (President, Operations & Training Director)

Mr. Mooney has thirty years of law enforcement, investigative and military service experience.  After serving as a Police Detective, Mr. Mooney was assigned to an Organized Crime/Task Force (OCTF) as a Special Agent.  Following this assignment, Mr. Mooney completed a tour in the United States Air Force.  Lieutenant Colonel Mooney completed assignments as an Instructor; Intelligence Officer; Public Affairs Officer; and finally as an Inspector General.  His law enforcement career continued with the United States Customs Service (ICE). Mr. Mooney held positions as Agent; Safety & Training Officer; Supervisory Agent; and finally as Branch Chief.
While working on behalf of the U.S. Department of State (DoS), Mr. Mooney has provided dignitary protection training for numerous foreign Countries attending the DoS school in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  He has also provided law enforcement expertise overseas for the United States Departments of Treasury and State.  Lt Col Mooney had extensive interrogative experience in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005.  He has trained or taught in Panama, Honduras, Mexico, Columbia, Albania, Germany and Iraq.

Mr. Mooney has also provided Executive Protection, Vulnerability Assessments, Site Surveys and Intelligence Briefings relating to security issues for the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF).  The combination of Mr. Mooney’s management skills, teaching ability and his operational experience around the world makes him a true asset and leader in the security industry.  

 

Noel G. Johns (Senior Training Advisor)

A true law enforcement professional and program manager, Mr. Johns has served in a wide variety of positions and diverse assignments. His career has included city police officer, deputy sheriff, and for the last 24 years, a highly decorated federal agent.

Johns’ federal duties have included Assistant Special Agent-In-Charge, Command Staff Officer, and Commander of a Special Operations Unit, Distinguished Weapons Expert and Cabinet-Level Dignitary Protection with extended foreign advance and protective assignments.

Appointments during his career included the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, Department of Justice/U. S. Attorney’s Office Anti-Terrorism Task Force, and Manager of the Dignitary Protection and Security Detail training for the U. S. Department of State, Diplomatic Service’s Antiterrorism Assistance Program, and New Mexico Academy.
